First, you need the warp cell blueprint to even craft a warp cell. After you aquire the blueprint by advancing through the story, you need to buy antimatter or craft it. Last but not least, you need to aquire antimatter housing. Combine these two ingredients to make a warp cell. #3.I cannot build it. I did the quest. It gave me the blueprint but it doesn't show up in my inventory crafting menu. Make sure your inventory has room or it will bug out.
