I have a 2016 T680 Kenworth and the check engine light is on. It also says the def is empty but the def tank is full. I recently took the truck to a mechanic and he put new batteries in. But he put one battery in backwards and I put the battery back like it’s supposed to be. But now my truck is in derate and the truck is still reading empty.
