Dbd boil over

Boil Over is literally one of the worst perks in the game. Now it's just obnoxious. It benefits you only after you've lost chase by making the killer shift side-to-side a little bit more right before you get hooked. It has rarely ever made a difference unless the survivor is using a full "wiggle" build (Boil Over/Power Struggle/Flip Flop/Tenacity.)

Played a game as ghostface at Garden of Joy, and 2 survivors were running boil over. What they did the entire game was just go up and upstairs during chase, and sit there. If I tried hooking them, I would never have enough time to get to hook. It's not impossible, it's just more difficult and it requires the survivor to make a mistake. Same goes for survivors every time they get picked up. Some people are identical as a tactic, others not. Sometimes visually identical ones will do this with other perks, like boil over, decisive strike etc. it didn’t bother me that they do it because it’s a valid tactic, but so is leaving them there.
